SUPPORT & CUSTOMER CARE
Deploying your website is only the beginning. Don’t be left wondering what’s next. Support is a key component in all of our solutions including training, hosting, maintenance, and customer care.
What Happens After My Website Goes Live?
Support and customer care are the key ingredients that safeguard your investment. We carefully plan support with our clients upfront. This ensures your vision and goals are fully realized and you have a viable plan to scale.
What To Expect
After your website goes live, there are a number of things to do. In fact, a website is never complete. Like a plant, it must be fed continuously or it will become an internet tumbleweed that may hurt you more than help you.
One of the first orders of business is to monitor the site closely for a few weeks to check specific key performance indicators. This includes:
- Confirming that search engines recognize the design to be friendly and optimized for performance.
- Ensuring there are no underlying glitches missed during functional testing.
- Analyzing user behavior to determine how the site design is being received.
- Periodic checks on search performance. This indicates if we need to fine-tune SEO.
Our support programs offer a variety of ongoing maintenance and care options to ensure the health of your website and can be tailored depending on how much you want to do yourself. We also offer additional training, including video training that can be incorporated right into your website. This is very helpful for new users and refreshing on tasks that aren’t performed frequently. Services include:
Most clients want a great website that performs well, and in some cases want to maintain the content themselves (i.e. blog posts, menus, schedules, etc). What they don’t want is to be mired in the technical details of maintenance, updates, security and other issues that may arise over time.
Our customer care plans can be customized to meet your needs. Contact us to find out more.
Our Hosting Recommendation
We collaborate directly with our recommended hosting partner (SiteGround) so we can stay focused on the things we’re really good at. While we strongly encourage our clients to opt for SiteGround premium hosting, we realize there are many other choices. We do not make additional revenue or commission of any kind from this recommendation. We have simply found them to be an ideal host for managed WordPress deployments at a very reasonable cost. We will discuss all appropriate options with you during our project discovery.
